I think one of the best ways to make a passive income at the moment is to buy domain names and develop them into useful websites, boost the traffic up and introduce ads on your sites, to make some money.

Once the website is established after lets say 6 months or a year, you can then sell it with your record of income from the site as an incentive to buyers

the key is to get some short domain names with a .com abbreviation

For example if you were lucky enough to acquire vodka.com you could have recently sold for $3 million

You can also sell lower quality domains once they are established for a couple of thousand dollars

The start up costs are extremely low and the profits after 6 months or so of hard work are excellent
